In a competitive tape and adhesive category, RTape has continued to expand on their quality product offerings and brand promise. When we first created their brand 4 years earlier, our primary focus was on their adhesive tapes for the sign industry. With shifts in the market, the company saw big opportunities for their specialty films in packaging and retail display.
RTape's leadership team realized a refreshed brand and website were necessary to address a wider audience with deeper technical support needs. Our solution combined a realignment of brand communication, updated information architecture and responsive website in order to reach new markets and support future expansion.
Building an Online Foundation
The goal for the corporate website was to design and develop a robust, scalable data architecture that provides engaging experiences for customers and distributors. With many end users working in the field, easy access to support documentation through a mobile device was particularly critical. Through responsive design, RTape’s vast library of how-to’s and technical documentation are now easily accessible anywhere from any device.
