We understand that effective campaigns are rooted in comprehensive consumer knowledge, and that’s where we began. We conducted extensive research into customer purchase preferences, specifically the behavioral and psychographic tendencies of potential home buyers.
Based on our findings, which identified six unique audience segments, we crafted tailored messaging and creative that spoke directly to the needs of each audience cluster.
We recommended six insightful on-line ad campaigns, each one targeting a distinct audience lifestyle stage in an engaging, interactive story that allowed the consumer to see themselves. And the calls to action inspired viewers to learn more.
With time of the essence, we quickly mobilized our brand, creative, account and development teams, and designed, launched, tested and optimized eight display concepts employing groundbreaking premium Rich Media ad formats. To drive engagement and conversion, we integrated in-banner mortgage payment calculators, live mortgage rate feeds, and zip code/payment correlations into our creative - with every ad supported by audience- and message-specific conversion-optimized landing pages.
